Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Domestic (South Africa):
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
International:
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
- Express Shipping: 7–14 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
